Jeanne and I want to thank you and all your staff at Crossroads for making our
Allegro Bus purchase an enjoyable experience. Rich Havrda is a cut above any sales
person we have met before. He listens and remembers what the customer has told him.
He also knows the sale is never over and treats his clients with the utmost respect by
doing what he says he will. What more could you ask for?
All your staff has made us feel at home even though we are living in our "Bus"
1,500 miles away from Florida. Bill and Bob always kept that in mind when scheduling
appointments. Bob Aubin helped Jeanne get the electronics exactly the way she wanted
it. Chris was so helpful in the 95 degree heat at the rally. Jay did a great job of
introducing us to our new home and gave us information so we could understand it. Bill
Verrochi in the store was so helpful in getting us information we asked for. Patty did a
great job on delivery prep and washing our rig in 90 degree heat the day after the rally.
Jay made it easy for us to understand most of the new equipment and how to use it.
Dennis made the sale go smoothly and was a big help when our insurance company
turned stupid.
It is not easy to find people who live by their word but vyhen we found you and
Crossroads and Tiffin, we were blessed. As you already know, we have praised you and
your employees to Red Bay and proudly tell every one we meet where we got our
motorhome and will continue to do so.
Rich has made sure we meet other owners when we come to Middleboro and
have become friends with some of them. We expect Sarasota will have Crossroads
RV's abound this winter. All in all, we have come away feeling good about our
relationship with Crossroads who "does business the way we want to do business".
You have the right idea with service after the sale, and I am sure Bob Tiffin is
proud to have you and your team as one of his dealers.

Repaired side panel molding and rust removal on my front bumper. I thought this was the best auto body experience that I ever had. Appointment set up and delivery was perfect. The finished product was GREAT. I will recommend to others.

We are writing to express our satisfaction regarding the bodywork repair to our 1996 Winnebago Adventurer. In addition to the job performed we want you to know how much we appreciate the way we were received and treated - from the time we first spoke with you on the phone until we drove away the completed unit.
Unfortunately, because of rather nasty weather at the time of picking up the RV, we did not notice until the following day the cleaning that you provided the entire unit, even including tire dressing. With the wash and new body work the RV looks very nice indeed. We feel that you went the extra mile with us and we appreciate it.

Hi,
This is in response to your questionnaire I received in the mail regarding our visit to Crossroads. Rich Havrda was our salesperson. We were greeted very well and we felt very welcomed. He listened to our questions and responded accordingly. We were allowed to take our time and to see all features and options. All our questions were asked. We were contacted after we left to see if we had any questions. I think Rich did a great job. I don't think he could have done anything differently to make our shopping experience more pleasant. There isn't anything you could have done differently to improve your customer service. Rich did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He answered everything we asked and answered all our concerns. He took us over to the other location and showed us vehicles there. He gave us 200% undivided attention and service while we were there. He could not have improved as he did as I said 200%. We will be seeing him Thursday regarding a used RV which was also a suggestion from him to put us in the price range we could afford. I would like to say that I am very happy with the professional service my wife and I received when we purchased our new coach at Crossroads in Lakeville. I would refer everybody I know that is looking for an RV to this fine, professional place that treats you like family. My story I would like to share with everybody that is looking to buy an RV and the people that already own one. I just purchased my RV one week before my wife and I were going on a three week vacation. The first morning we were leaving we packed the RV up, and as we were backing it up, I noticed that my backup camera was not working at all. I thought to myself that I would have to go on my trip without a backup camera because it was a Sunday and realized that the service department would not be open. On the way I decided to stop in just to tell them about my problem. The general manager and his staff tried to fix the problem, but could not because it needed a tech. The manager intern called one of his experienced techs from home to come in and resolve the problem and had me and my wife on the road in no time at all to start our vacation in our new motorhome without worrying about the problem while on vacation. Again I would like to say thank you for your support and professional service. Keep up that great service.
