  Rich Boucher -- Sales Manager 

     

     Rich started selling RV's in 1983 and has acquired a genuine passion for the RV business since then.  Rich's love for the RV lifestyle actually began with the camping trips he took with his parents and 6 siblings in their 19' Shasta trailer.   He remembers them taking a big trip cross country in 1969.  He believes in creating lasting relationships with all  of his customers and always keeping communication a priority.  He has developed a large customer base and always looks forward to seeing them at shows or at our stores.  In some cases he has even done business with the children of some of his earlier customers.  Rich resides in Worcester with his wife and 5 children and they love to go away in RV's as well.  He looks forward to maintaining his relationships with his previous customers and the opportunity to serve the new customers that become part of the Crossroads RV famisly of satisfied 'VIP' customers.  You can email him at rich@crossroadscoaches.com.

Dennis Morin -- Finance Manager

    Dennis has many years of experience in the automotive and RV industries.  He's been an avid RV'er from Maine to Florida over the years, and is looking forward to his trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon.  His financing knowledge will help you find a way to make your motorcoach purchase with ease.  He is also very well versed in the various extended service warranties should you need information there as well.  His email is dennism@crossroadscoaches.com.

 

Bob Albert -- Sales

     Starting in my adult life as a technician, both in the public sector and in the USN Sea Bees, I bring a great deal of technical knowledge to Crossroads in both diesel and gas engines.  I have used RV's of all classes for the last 10 years to tow our NHRA Championship winning racecar throughout the Northeast with my family.  Therefore, I have a large amount of towing information to share as well.  The thing I love most about Crossroads is our employees and the people I meet here on a daily basis.  I will promise you a fun filled day here at Crossroads and you'll leave our facility with a wealth of knowledge about our RV's.  I hope that all of you will become VIP members to our rapidly growing family of Crossroads RV Center customers.  You can email him at BA1927@aol.com

Dan Healy -- Sales

Tom Delaney -- Service Director at Crossroads RV Center/Crossroads Great Outdoors

Rick Pratt -- Service Technician

 

     Rick has been an RV technician since 1982.  Along with being an experienced RV tech, Rick's welding and steel fabrication skills have been a great asset to our service team.  Rick is also factory trained by Tiffin Motorhomes.

 

Stephanie Marshall -- Warranty Administrator

 

     Stephanie has been in the RV industry for more than 11 years.  Starting in the Parts Department and quickly moving into Warranty Administration, she understands the flow of repairing a motorhome.  We are very pleased to have her here to oversee your Warranty claims! 

 

 

Ray Saverian -- Service Technician

     

     Ray is a master certified RV technician with over 30 years experience in the industry.  For the past 19 years he has overseen the operation of an RV repair facility at one of the largest campgrounds on the East Coast.  We are pleased to have his knowledge for our customers.

Billy Blackburn -- Body Shop Manager

 

Billy Blackburn has been a bodyman for over 35 years and he is a licensed appraiser.  His expertise and attention to detail is appreciated by customers who bring their coaches in for collision repair.  He's also present at many of our Rally's to help out.
